However, the oils within the wood will continue to disperse at a slower rate. Therefore, the most reliable way to determine when your air freshener is no longer effective is to trust your sense of smell.

Feel free to rejuvenate your air freshener with a new fragrance once its original scent fades away. Follow these steps for optimal results:

1. Remove from Car:

• Take out the air freshener from your car.

2. Place in Tin:

• Position the air freshener within the tin.

3. Secure Tin on Flat Surface:

• Ensure the tin sits on a flat surface to prevent oil leakage.

4. Apply Fragrance Oil:

• Add a few drops of fragrance oil onto the air freshener's surface. It is important you do not over saturate the product.

5. Replace Tin Lid:

• Cover the tin with its lid.

6. Allow Absorption Time:

• Permit ample time for the oils to absorb; overnight is recommended, but duration may vary based on the air freshener's depletion level.

7. Wipe Excess Oils:

• After completion it is important to wipe off any excess oils to prevent drips that could potentially mark surfaces.

8. Cautionary Note:

• Be cautious about oil contact with your skin; wash hands immediately if contact occurs. Please use gloves where possible.

9. Reuse Your Air Freshener:

• Enjoy! Your air freshener is now ready for reuse, although it may not retain fragrance as intensely as a new product from our collection.

 10. Storing your Tin / Oils:

• Store the oil, or tin and its contents somewhere flat and the correct way up so they do not leak any oils. Keep out of reach of children and pets - please always refer to the products warning label for further details.

For optimal performance of your air freshener, we suggest securely hanging it from your rear-view mirror, ensuring it does not obstruct your view while driving.
